Anyone know if these ratios look alright for a moisturiser

Just sounded of these ratios look good before buying all the ingredients. 50% shea butter 14.10% ,coconunt oil, 14.10% of Hemp seed oil, 0.10% of glycerin, 0.6% of cocobutter, 0.5% of vitamin e, 0.5%of essential oil. anyhelp would be helpfull.
