[Question - Insurance] Why are Marketplace minimum monthly costs so much?

Via Marketplace: Ambetter Essential Care 1 for $309: Deduct $7.9K, Coinsure 0%, Max not listed

Via eHealth: National General Accident & Health for $131: Deduct 5K, Coinsure 0%, Max 1mil

From what I can see, the two plans seem pretty much the same except that the Marketplace one has some generic drug coverage. 3x the price for similar coverage seems janky. Am I missing something?
