I'm 19 right now and I've had thinning hair since elementary. It's a really slow thinning and I believe it's mainly to do with the lack of physical activity I had growing up and hella red meat in my diet. My hair's really thin for my age but not bald. My hairline exists in the same place idk if my head is even tryna get bald lmaoo. It's an odd case tbh. Since I came back from vacation I've been cleaning my diet and care for my overall health better. Lost 20 pounds in a month (235-215) feeling better.
What are some natural things I can use for my scalp to improve stimulation? I'm Muslim and pray five times a day so I basically do the inversion method at the minimum of 34 times a day (wow didn't realize it was that much until now, and most days it's more.) Each time is around 5 seconds so a couple minutes a day.
I have a pretty high carb diet being Asian (we love rice and pita bread a lot man) and I eat red meat probably like once or twice a week, a little more since Ramadan started.

Foods to avoid?

Can I use olive oil on my semi wet hair after showering? Hair is weak when it's wet but idk I'm not rough I kinda just skim the oil through the strands and scalp.

Yes I drink plenty water, I prefer it more than anything now.

Is fapping a contributer? I feel this is a myth but I'm quitting anyway for other reasons.
Yeah ik it sounds dumb, but I really don't wanna be bald man until I'm around thirty at least. I love my hair it's a great complement to my facial structure which is round. C'mon nobody wants to be bald before 30. Or ever haha but genetics are existent.
