Bad poop since accident

To explain my title, I was in a car accident 18 days ago and ever since I have not been proud of my toilet art. I’m used to having solid bowel movement and occasional runny ones. For 18 days straight now, every time it has been runny. The accident was hitting a tree at high speed and The two major injuries I received where back and head injuries and I’m worried that this too might be a serious problem. The driver of the vehicle who received similar injuries is experiencing the same issue as me. Is this something that is normal for car accidents or should I visit my doctor again immediately?
