I purchased a healthcare plan via the market place. My plan says it allows 30 combined physical therapy visits and chiropractic visits. I Did one session of therapy in January this year, 19 total visits. Felt better, but now i am having a flair up. And am considering PT again. I have two herniated discs in my lumbar spine that cause radiculopathy, Commonly referred as sciatica.
My question is what happens if I need more therapy than my plan covers. I have already my out of pocket maximum for my plan.
