This community has grown step-by-step, with a great network of healthcare practitioners. The people here have been helpful to each other for the most part, and seeing that grow has been great.
The best posts have been topical, newsworthy, honest questions and opinions — that foster discussions. You don't need a link to post a good question that gets the ball rolling.
The mod team has kept on top of limiting the self-promotional links, politicized posts, blog spam, and of flavor-of-the-month herbal remedies. We really see this influx of moderations having left us engaging and worthy of discussion.
