I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this thread, but I think I'm on the verge of getting a blood clot.
I have aches in my right thigh, and a annoying warmth to it. I'm pretty much sedentary, on the PC 24/7 and have been dealing with this feeling in one of my legs on and off for about a year now. When it goes away it stays away for about month then comes right back. However I do not have any visible red discoloration on my thigh.
I'm 26 and have just recently lost my health insurance and currently unable to visit a doctor about this.
Usually I try to get some exercise via walking, and I've bren drinking more water and taking aspirin every now and then I just want someone's opinion on this.
Is there something else I can do to prevent a bloodclot? Is this actually a warning sign of a clot?
