My cousin is 16 and will be attending highschool in the US starting this January on a visitor's visa. My mother-in-law will be his legal guardian. We live in Upstate NY.
He needs health insurance. Are there any solutions for us in this scenario? I was thinking NY Health, or CDPHP.
