Is it possible to change information & delete acct on healthcare.gov?

I have 2 issues actually.

1. is it possible to change the username on healthcare.gov? i only found the option to change email, no option for username. if there is a way, how?

2. when healthcare.gov first started, we used an insurance agent to help us sign up. apparently he accidently made another account with 1 of my emails. is there a way to delete this?
