Affordable health care?

Is there such a thing? I'm a 61 yo healthy non smoking male residing in TN - Blue Cross took themselves out of the game and I'm left with Humana at $544/mo. I'm at the point of canceling and taking my chances - Does anyone know of an affordable alternative? Thanks
