Daily shampoo for very hard water

My well water leaves a waxy, greasy film on my hair, and I'm getting desperate for a solution. I bought a (synthetic) chelating shampoo, but the fragrance gives me a headache. It also hasn't killed the film. I've tried baking soda; it helps a little but is too drying. Vinegar rinses leave my hair soft and shiny but even more greasy. I have fine, wavy-curly hair that requires washing every 1-2 days. Any suggestions? They don't have to be super "natural", just free of SLS and synthetic fragrance. I use and love Giovanni conditioner, for example.
