What can I do with a degree in Health Service Management? (Career wise)

I just got out of the military and I am now attending college, I have always wanted to work in the healthcare field but science was never my strong suit. The Health Service management degree seemed like something that I can excel in during school, but i have no experience in the health field. Will this this degree help me find a job once I am complete or will I be wasting my time?
