Deadline today for healthcare.gov -> is it possible to enroll still if I might quit my job (w/ insurance) in the future?

I currently am employed and my company provides me health insurance. Today is the last day to register with healthcare.gov. Can I get coverage if I later decide to quit my job (likely in a couple months)?
