Need to pick Affordable healthcare very soon. What experiences have you had with Molina Healthcare?

I live in Los Angeles and recently lost my job (answers do not need to be from LA residents only.)
I have a car so I can drive around and was looking for a PPO provider, but considering the cost/benefit ratio it looks like Molina Healthcare is the best one to utilize the biggest bang for my buck.
Has anyone had any particularly good/neutral/bad experiences with Molina? They have a poor rating, but what their offering is the best value.
