Help me find some products that would work for my skin?

Hi everyone! :)
I need help finding some products to potentially buy.

Here is a brief profile of my skin:
- Fair
- Not acne prone
- Very oily T-Zone
- Recently started to randomly get dry patches (between brows and on cheeks)
- Redness on cheeks
- Blackheads on nose
- Enlarged pores on nose and cheeks

What I'm hoping for are products that will:
- Moisturize skin while keeping oil at bay
- Reduce the appearance of pores
- Help me get rid of my damn black heads
- Reduces redness
- Brightens skin
- Anti-aging
