Healthcare.gov question. Forgive me if this is the wrong sub.

I am trying to make heads or tails of the results from this tool.

If I plug in my businesses ZIP code and set my employees/FTEs to 50, I get a list of 8 potential plans with various monthly premiums, deductibles, and yearly maximums.

What I am trying to figure out is what the monthly premium figure represents. They range from $14,900 to 26,500. Is that the cost borne by the employer and then each employee has to pay an additional premium or is that the total to be broken down and paid in some percentage by the employer and employee?

The sidebar has a filter for "Monthly Premium" and "less than $100," but activating it still shows all of the same plans. So that is a bit confusing. If the monthly premiums are between $14900 and $26500 how are they also less than $100?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
