When I woke up one hand was numb and had pins and needles, it’s been four hours and it’s still the same, should I be worried?

If I have not met my insurance deductible, why are some costs covered on my invoice under “adjustments and insurance payments”?
My family is on a new high deductible plan and my husband recently broke his foot. We have definitely not met our out of pocket deductible but on his invoices from this injury have large portions covered under the adjustments and insurance payments line (example, the bill is $699, $662.74 is listed as covered and we owe $36.26).
Why would some of this be covered if we have not met our out of pocket? Not that I am complaining but we are looking at 2022 insurance and I want to make a smart decision.

Trying to pick a decent insurance plan in Florida. I'm a female in my late 20s and looking to address minor health issues.
Trying to decide between BCBS, Oscar, Ambetter and Brightcare. Of course if you have any other suggestions that would be great.
Help finding insurance...
I leave my parents insurance at the end of next month. If i were to stay with them, it would cost $700 a month which is to much.
I just got diagnosed with ADHD so now I see a psychiatrist. I also got refered to a cardiologist for a slow hear rate so don't know the outcome of that yet...
Which type of insurance is best? I was looking into Kaiser gold/platinum plans or blue cross HMO plans?
Should I be looking into PPO?
