I've been working in a Healthcare setting for 1.5 years now. I already have an M.S. in Kinesiology, and am working in fitness/wellness part of a hospital.
I'd like to continue my career in the field and work my way more towards the actual healthcare side of things. Over the last year I've thought a lot about going back to school again. I could go full-time, but the debt from that seems crazy to add to my existing debt. Finding a flexible program so I can work (my place of employment contributes a little bit to education) would be ideal.
I've struggled with the MHA vs MBA thing. From people I've connected with and talked to, they both seem worthwhile. MBA would give future career flexibility if I'd like to pivot, but MHA would look great being that it specializes in the field.
Thoughts?
