Was this negligence on the hospitals part? My father had a stroke in March and fell down, landing on his right arm. Since coming home his arm started swelling really badly. We thought it was because he kept leaning to the right and laying on it (he's paralyzed on his right side now). After keeping it elevated didn't work and him having some other issues , my mom called the ambulance for him, and when they arrived he became very aggressive and tried to fight them. He finally calmed down and they managed to get him to the hospital. They evaluated him and he has had more "light" strokes since being home, severe UTI, and his elbow has been broken this whole time. Infact it's so bad they originally thought he might need surgery on it, now they say it's ok for a splint. My question is why didn't they do x-rays on him when he came in the first time when they knew he fell on his arm, and does this qualify as negligence?
Ok I have a great idea for an add:
A bunch of people are sitting around a table about to eat food
One says: should we use some antibac first?
Another one says: nah it's not worth it
Then a ninja comes in and beats them all up, shoves a bottle of antibacterial gel at the camera and says:
"It is wise, to sanitize! Do it before you eat, or you're the next I'll beat!"
What do you think? I genuinely think it will catch on

It turns out it is 52 bpm. I am a Male and 16 years old. Is this heart rate healthy for me?
My team and I have been working on a health-tech solution to cater to a few common health problems.
Now, to make our solution better, I want to understand what the biggest challenges for organisations are. Apart from insurance and common health benefits, are organisations actually implementing practices to take care of their employees?
If there's a gap, where exactly is it?
