Its 3am rn and im breathing rather deeply and shakily. I counted 14 neck pulses in 10 seconds. Im shaking a bit. Am i just being paranoid again or am i ok. Sorry if this is stupid but im usually a bit scared when something about myself isnt the way it usually is. Im laying and not doing a physical activity. Thanks for any help
