[Question - other] NHA vs PCHA

I’ve been doing research but can’t seem to find anything clear. Can someone explain the difference between a nursing home administrator license and a personal care home administrator license in terms of jobs prospects/opportunities. Also can you become an assisted living administrator with either of these licenses? I’m in Pennsylvania for reference.

vitamin c packets?

This might be a ridiculous question, but you know those little vitamin c dissolvable packets you get during cold season? You dissolve them in water and then drink the fizzy concoction?

Could you dissolve them in water or oil or something and use them as a cheap vitamin c treatment for your skin?
