My dad can't finish sentences and cant remember

This started two days ago, I could tell when he got home from work he wasn't his usual self. I asked him about it yesterday and he just said he was alright. Today He told my brother in the morning that he can't remember stuff. He can't finish sentences. His uncle and sister called and he couldn't really communicate with them. How should we proceed? He has Marfan syndrome and mostly visits a cardiologist and not a primary care physician.
