Follow-up Appointment for results

My OB typically calls about test results, but they just told me that we are going over them at my appointment tomorrow. I peeped at my results for my labs on MyChart and it’s worse than previous ones. Does it mean that I will be receiving bad news tomorrow? I’m currently an anxious mess.
