Back in October my "ViaBenefits" transitioned her to UHC and set up the account, but they used the wrong phone number. This means she can't get into her account. She's been trying on/off for months with phone support to get the number updated and it never gets fixed. I'm with her today and we just spent a good 90 minutes with chat support to try to get it updated and they were not able to do it. They said there should be self-service option to update the phone number but we can't find it.
Does anybody know how in the living hell you can update a phone number on a UHC account that you can't access?
