I’ve been paying UHC every month but they’re saying wife and son aren’t covered. I’ve spent 6 HOURS on the phone and I get nowhere every time. They act clueless. They say someone will call me back and fix it but they never do. I’ve been paying for NOTHING. I feel robbed. Idk what to do

Signed my family up through the marketplace. Son needed to go to doctor but they said he wasn’t covered. In all I’ve spent 6+ hours on the phone. They say my wife and son are on my plan but “inactive”. They say they don’t know what to do. They verified I pay for them every month. They three way called the marketplace 3 times verifying. They always say they’ll escalate it but nothing comes of it. My wife and kid can’t get into a doctor. I’m paying for my family to be covered. My app shows them as covered through the year. My premium payment reflects 3 people. How can they just blow off something as serious as medical. Especially something I’m paying so much for. Idk what to do. 6+ hours on the phone and each time I call they put me through the same steps. Nothing ever comes of it. I’m at a breaking point. I pay all this money for nothing.
