Bay Area Vet with Medi-cal, how do I get seen by a doctor?

Hello all,

As the title says I am somewhat confused about the process to get seen by a doctor.

I am trying to apply for VA Disability and would like to gather evidence with doctors notes to show I have what I claim to have.

Is there a website I can go to to get seen by somebody or how does it work?
