Has anyone ever filed a grievance against a providers office? I recently took my 3 year old to a docs visit and was double charged the amount of the visit. This wouldn’t have been much of an issue as I get mistakes do happen, however a few months prior when I went into the same clinic, I was double charged as well. Has anyone had something similar happen? And if so, did you also file a grievance? I am wondering if this is even something that my insurance can do something about.
