Can I donate blood

Hello my country is currently at war and is in need of blood. I have type o which they especially need. I gave blood 5 weeks ago. Can I give again in a few days? Online it says it's dangerous but idk it's probably fine if it's a one time thing(?)I took ketamine a few days ago also. How long till my blood will be clean? Thank you
