Insurance gave me run around for Valium for MRI.

So I paid for it OOP and decided to fight it on the back end. Submitted paperwork so I would get reimbursed. This is what they sent me. Supposedly, this is what I paid that was above and beyond my actual liability. I. Just. Can't. Even.
