Divorce from a military member

My divorce was finalized on April 15, 2023. I have mental health diagnosis and must have a psychiatrist and health insurance. Some research has lead me to believe that I am still eligible for Tricare up to one year after the divorce. Some research says I lose it the day of the divorce. I have used it as recently as 3 days ago for a prescription with no issue. I do not meet the 20/20/20 rule. I am worried about accruing a debt with Tricare if I continue to use it. Does anyone know if I am covered for one year or not? And does anyone know of my options for healthcare if not?
