Need some help regarding this charge.

I got an upper endoscopy done on 10/26 via my in network gastro. This was done in house, with just him and the anesthesiologist. I received my EOB back on 12/6 stating the anesthesiologist was out of network?? And now I’m supposed to pay $5,961.28 for the anesthesia???? How is this possible? Who do I contact? I’m not even sure where to start. Hopefully someone on here can provide some guidance.
