Any possible way to lower the bill from my PCP?

I have United healthcare, and apparently even seeing an in-network provider is not fully covered. I have “20% coinsurance after deductible is met.” Have not met my deductible because I haven’t went to the doctor at all this year until last month. Two visits to my PCP cost me $524. Just got the bill in the mail today. Any possible way to get this lowered?
