Publicly traded companies engaged in fraud/theft/malicious activity ?

Hi everyone, I'm working for an independent research team that's currently working to uncover and expose a publicly traded company in the healthcare/biotech/surgery space that's engaging in fraud, theft, or other shady/malicious activities that are causing problems for patients, clients, systems, etc..

I would love to hear any personal stories or any negative experiences you may have encountered.
