Every hospital has an associated healthcare foundation. Who are these donors? Why do hospitals need foundations if they can pay a ceo millions of dollars and every executives under them hundreds of thousands?
Is there some sort of graft going on that watchdogs can’t find, or is it legitimately helping the poor?
One hospital surveyed uses foundation money for employee training. Isn’t this the hospitals responsibility? Another pays tuition for employees.
