I am sure there are some healthcare executives/leaders in this group so I’d like to ask: is there a professional and tactful way to find out what a position pays, so that an applicant can decide whether to proceed with an application and interview? The only way I know is to go through the full process and then be made an offer that you can accept or deny. But maybe there is an option that doesn’t waste everyone’s time?
