I went into an Urgent Care today and when I was getting my vitals taken, I was asked if I knew my height and weight. I told them my height, but said I didn’t know my weight.
Later, whilst reading my discharge papers, I came across my vitals. They had my BP, O2 SAT, height what I gave them, but then I noticed they wrote down a weight without weighing me.
Why didn’t they just weigh me instead of writing down a number?
