I use to work nights. 4pm to 12am. I would go to sleep like at 2am the lates and wake up at 12. I would never wake up bloated.
Ever since I started working mornings now 7:30am to 4pm I’ve been bloated. I go to sleep bloated and wake up bloated. I would literally eat the same foods as when I would work at nights. It’s been happening for a week now. Does anyone know what it can be?
