Wife doesn’t have health insurance and needs to see a doctor. What are her options?

My wife is in between jobs right now and her previous job did not offer health insurance, and we did not get her on my plan in time for this year so we have to wait until March to add her on. This past year she has been dealing with a tight chest when working out or taking walks, but now it is a regular thing for her chest to be very tight and hard to get a big breath. Does anyone have any ideas for where she can get some affordable healthcare until next March when we can put her on my health care plan?
