Can my insurance help me get diagnosed?

I have Medi-Cal. Pretty sure I have ADHD and I want a diagnosis. If I call my insurance will they be able to help me find a psychiatrist/physiologist/whoever else would be able to diagnose? Or would I seem dumb if I called asking that?
