Before you tell me to see the doc, I've seen them twice and they simply told me to get a massage and stretch because it might be a pinched nerve.
In March it burned and hurt a lot, I took two weeks off if running abd stopped deadlifting for two months. The burning went away especially after stretching it a lot every night. My pain is all gone but it's still numb especially when I'm on my feet at work. In the morning when I get up from bed I can feel it, and it's actually very warm. But I do this weird thing where I find myself itching it and realizing I can feel it when I compare to my other thigh. Maybe it's nerve damage and needs more time to heal? Idk, right now I'm paranoid because I have two friends who were just diagnosed with MS. Plus I was bit by a dog a month ago and had to go to the ER and I'll be paying that bill off until December. Insurance only covered 50 bucks. So any advice could help, google has too many solutions. I just don't want it to come to December and discover my entire left leg is numb.
