I was recently hired to perform Covid tests. i’m a certified phlebotomy technician but this is my first healthcare job so don’t go too hard on me 😅 Dresscode states “close toed shoes, in white, black, grey or beige. no crocs, no heels”
By crocs do they mean the clogs with the holes or all types of crocs. no crocs with holes makes total sense, but i have a great pair without the holes so i can ideally bleach them after every shift and i still have protection from sharps and bodily fluids.
that being said, if all crocs are banned, which easy to disinfect shoes would you recommend?
TIA,
your cleanly phlebotomist.
