[Question - Insurance] Switching companies with insurance gap, what are my options?

I currently carry myself and my 7 month pregnant wife on my insurance through my current company. Just received an offer for a new job at a different company and there would be a 90 day wait period until benefits would start at the new job. I know COBRA is an option but finically it’s is not an option. My wife’s company does not offer benefits. Do I have any other options?
