[Question - Other] My cheeks are still swollen after aalmost 3 weeks. What should I do?

I got 4 of my wisdom teeth out almost 3 weeks ago and my other cheek is still a bit swollen. Whenever I touch my cheeks there is this hard thing across my cheek. I was prescribed to gargle oral iodopovidone and I have been using heat pads to let the blood flow. Still nothing, still swollen. It’s been 3 weeks and it is till swollen. What should I do
