[Question - Other] Are they legally or in any way obligated to refer to more equipped facilities? My father in law is at an old school hospital he preferred, but we are seeing many questionable practices. Can hardly even get anyone on a phone.
Im wondering WTF this place is either overwhelmed or underequipped, either way why not move him. And how to get that done
