[Question - Insurance] - I kind of have no idea how health care coverage works. I want to go see a therapist and I'm under my company's plan. How should I go about it?

I'm under an Anthem health care plan (with an FSA). My question is, if I want to go see a therapist, how should I go about doing that? Who do I contact? Do I pick any random therapist in the area and just give them my insurance card? And how do I know how much I expect to pay out of pocket?
