[discussion] Are any other young and/or female clinicians experiencing rampant sexism and condescension from older/male coworkers?

I’ve only been a practicing pharmacist for a year and a half and I’m already fed up with being talked down to by doctors, PAs, and nurses. Is it just me? How do you even combat this?
