Hoping for some help here -
I'm potentially moving into a new position that would have me as a 1099. I'd be working remote in MA.
I'm trying to account for potential cost/benefits of the move from W2 (Healthcare, PTO etc). Is it as simple as accounting for my total cost paid towards health insurance now (mine+employer) and trying to build that into my new salary? Trying to understand the benefits too (although this may be outside the realm of a healthcare question)
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. If I'm in the wrong spot my apologies.
