[Other] Are there any jobs in a hospital / healthcare for recent business graduates (with no healthcare experience)?

i'm probably looking at getting an MHA, but i'd like to get a somewhat well paying job out of college with my business degree to get some experience first. I know that people with clinical experience are given priority to middle management jobs, but are there any entry-ish level jobs in healthcare that don't require previous experience? I see a couple of finance or accounting jobs, but they require experience and extensive knowledge in healthcare... not sure how I go about doing that. Any advice?
