My wife’s work doesn’t seem worried that their workers have been exposed to COVID [Question - Other]

My wife is a CNA at a local nursing home (post acute care center). Yesterday she received a text that the company could not find any masks to purchase and was telling them to try and find some masks, which is fine. After my wife had some rewash-able ones made, her work then tried to take them from her at the end of every shift, to “wash properly” and redistribute them to the next shift. One, why should my wife buy masks for other people to use? Shouldn’t they be against that? Then. Today, after the end of her shift, she received a text to her whole shift, stating that a staff member has exposed the building to the virus, stating that it’s not a reason to call off or take any extra precautions. Even with over-usage of hand sanitizer, and an abundance of hand washing always, my wife usually brings general bugs home and gets us sick. Now I’m not the healthiest guy, in terms of breathing and such, and I just feel like this should be addressed in a better way by the company themselves? But should I be worried or concerned?
