So my family is having their first palliative Care visit for my grandpa who is 89 years old. He has internal bleeding and a collapsed lung from pneumonia he had suffered with last year. He is refusing auto do any invasive treatment so we do not know where the bleeding is coming from. He just wants to be home.
My question is... what are some important questions I can ask the palliative care nurse?
My family isn’t the best at communication, and understanding certain things due to their culture. So I’m hoping to have prepared questions ready.
